With her first trimester over and a baby boy on the way, the mom-to-be is reveling in her new, curvier figure. "I'm not as body conscious or concerned with the way I look," the glowing actress told PEOPLE at the premiere of Hall Pass on Feb. 23. “It’s more about what’s going to be comfortable versus what looks flattering. It’s a whole different world that I’m enjoying a lot."
