Kirsten Dunst & Pregnant Charlotte Gainsbourg Pose for ‘Melancholia’

The celebrity baby boom isn’t just limited to Hollywood – French actressCharlotte Gainsbourg debuted her big baby bump when she attended a photocall for her new film, Melancholia, with Kirsten Dunst at the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday.

Charlotte, 39, looked demure in a black cotton dress that fit snugly around her bump while Kirsten, 29, played the ingenue in a mustard silk cocktail dress and sparkling rings.

Melancholia follows two sister as they deal with the news that a nearby planet will soon collide with Earth. The film also stars 24 bad boy Kiefer Sutherland and Alexander Skarsgard.

Charlotte is perhaps best known as the daughter of music legend Serge Gainsbourg and ’60s “It” girl Jane Birkin (yes, the same Birkin for whom the infamous Hermes bag is named after). The beautiful star has also made a name for herself for her unique brand of French pop. Watch her “Songs That We Sing” music video below.
