Child Custody Battles - Charlie Sheen

The offspring: Their daughters, Sam (born in 2004) and Lola (born in 2005)
 
The scandal: Richards accused Sheen of being addicted to prescription drugs, gambling, prostitutes and porn, including having a fascination with underage girls. Sheen denied the allegations. In September 2007, Richards filed court papers requesting that Sheen not be alone with their children while the kids visit him. In February 2008, Sheen publicly blasted Richards for including their daughters in her reality show, and he asked people to boycott the show.
 
The outcome: In March 2008, Sheen and Richards announced that they reached a custody agreement. The specific terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.

Charlie Sheen Loses Custody of Twins

Charlie Sheen has been attracting a lot of attention lately – including from the cops.

LAPD officials confirmed a Thursday night visit to his home in a Beverly Hills gated community. "LAPD detectives responded to Charlie Sheen's home this evening to investigate a possible violation of a temporary restraining order," LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman tells PEOPLE.

"It came to the attention of the LAPD that Sheen is the registered owner of firearms," the LAPD said in a statement late Thursday night, and conducted their investigation at Sheen's home "to determine if he is in possession of firearms and ammunition in violation of the [restraining order]."

Police visited Sheen last week to remove his twin boys from his custody after his estranged wife Brooke Mueller obtained a restraining order.

Earlier Thursday, the former couple reached a private custody agreement, but per standard temporary restraining orders, "the restrained person cannot possess, have, buy or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get guns, other firearms or ammunition."

With police still at the home, goddess Natalie Kenly downplayed the events to PEOPLE, saying, "Everything is fine. Nothing to worry about."
